I’m here to help! As a RRCA Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of running experience, I will help you plan, train and achieve your health and fitness goals.

We will work together to determine where you are today and where you want to go with your health and fitness goals. We’ll talk about the sports or activities you find engaging. We’ll discuss your lifestyle. We’ll also chat about the things you see as challenges to a healthier life. With all of this information, I will then develop a fitness plan suited to your abilities, interests, and lifestyle. Working together, we will get you on the right path toward becoming a happier, healthier and stronger you!
